I'm fairly new here too, so I can't give much advice, except to listen to what all the experienced people have to say, they can answer all of your questions, with different opinions and insights. I have learned a lot in my short time here, but if you've been here a lot, you already know that, so I'll just say, glad to have you here and good luck.
