Hello ECF,

Just wanted to say hi to all as I have just joined your group. Started using E-Cigs the day before X-Mass of 2012 just to see what all the fuss was about and not even wanting to quit smoking at the time. Liked it so much that I stop smoking that day and have not gone back (20 plus years of 1 pack a day). Started with the V2 starter kit and now use the Provari along with the some other batteries. I like the Kanger T-4 Clearomizers as well as other clearomizers and the vivi nova's.

Feel a lot better now even though I really did not have any problems but my breathing much better and the only problem that I now have with the E-cigs is that I just like it way too much and have to decide what flavor I want to vape that day... A lot more enjoyable then smoking regular cigarettes.

Yes, very amazing they are but I also think that you have to have a good starting experience such as I had with the V2 and not some of the cheap stuff that some start with and get a bad first impression. I believe finding a good E-Juice along with a good battery and tank or clearomizer is key as I like the Heather's Heavenly Vapors (Gandolf) and Pink Spot Vapors very much along with a few other E-Juice makers. Some people try it once and have had bad experiences when using things such as the disposables ones at 7Eleven or Gas Stations and this turns them off which is really too bad.

It is a boy by the way not that it matters...... but thanks for the note and yes, I am trying my best to spread the word and feel like missionary at times. I really do feel very strongly about how much better you can feel along with having a lot more spare change in your pockets when you realize how much you are actually spending on regular cigs at least where I live in MA where it is almost $10 a pack!!!

I think most of the pushback against E-Cigs just comes down to the mighty $$$$$ and all the money the states and gov. are losing by people converting. I personally do not believe it has anything to do with making us all healthier as they do not give a rat's behind about our health but they do care about the health of our wallets and how much in taxes they are losing out on as more and more people are being getting off cigs. Stay healthy my friend......

Welcome! I had a similar experience. I really wasn't trying hard to quit smoking but these vaporizers looked so cool and being a gadget guy I bought an ego kit. Never smoked or touched a cigarette after that day.
