Well you get more juice capacity when you leave the eGo stuff behind. A regulated mod, like the Vamo, or Provari if you can afford it, will mount an atomizer with up to 3ml capacity, and you can vape for a good long time on that, getting better flavor and vapor too. I use a mech and RBA, which has 3ml capacity, but if you are just starting out you don't want to venture into that just yet. Have a look into regulated mods and the tanks you can put on them, you might find something that works very well for you.

Another vote for the Provari. It was my upgrade path from my Vision Spinner. It’s a bit expensive, but worth every penny IMHO. The thing is just solid as a rock. With it you can upgrade to a larger tank, all the way up to RBAs. I’m using a Kayfun on mine now.

Ummm...what does a ProVari have to do with juice capacity?

For example, while it looks top heavy (or like a magic wand if you're feeling playful!) the HyperTank works fine on a regulated eGo-type battery. It holds 5ml.

This was my first tank - an IBTanked 19mm XL carto tank. It holds 2ml of juice. I think it's cute.

ETA: I don't mean to be harsh, but yours is the kind of post Anti-ProVarians quote as evidence ProVari owners are fanboi cultists.

Just started with an Innoken 650mAh passthrough and two iClear 16 clearomizers. I really like it but would like to find a good glass/pyrex tank/cartridge/atomizer that holds a bit more. Anyone with suggestions?

Been reading A LOT and watching lots of videos. So Glad I found this forum!
I love my Protank 2 but only with the air control adapter. If you get an Aero tank, it's the same thing but comes altogether. It has replaceable heads and if you wanted to, some point down the line, you have the option to rebuild them. (holds up to 3ml)
I've heard good things about the Nautilus as well. (holds up to 5ml of liquid)
Both are glass tanks.

Finding a "topper" is a journey...
I, unlike many people, still like ProTanks a lot. I have my little thing I do (pulling our carefully ONE strand of the wick so it wicks "looser") and then they vape great. They're everywhere, not expensive, and work reliably for me.

I also, mostly, use carto-tanks. I think the flavor is better - but again, some people disagree.
But I have NOT had good results with cheap tanks - just good ones. The cheapest good one I found was IBTanked, which you can get for about $25, plus you gotta buy cartos and a "carto tool" to push them in and out with.

I'd suggest trying ONE of a couple different tops til you find one you really like.
But certainly a ProTank is worth trying, and a lot of folks have been loving the Nautilus lately.

I was agreeing with Vaslovik. Why the snark?

It's not a snark. It's a rebuke. Neither of you posted an appropriate response to her question. She did not ask about a new battery device.

"I really like it but would like to find a good glass/pyrex tank/cartridge/atomizer that holds a bit more."

  1. "Well you get more juice capacity when you leave the eGo stuff behind. A regulated mod, like the Vamo, or Provari if you can afford it, will mount an atomizer with up to 3ml capacity"
  2. "Another vote for the Provari. It was my upgrade path from my Vision Spinner. It’s a bit expensive, but worth every penny IMHO."

Do you see the pattern here? The problem this generates is when a new member specifically asks for information about the ProVari and people jump in claiming that no matter what the question, ProVari owners will say Just Get A ProVari.

Compare and contrast.

"I would like to get a bigger mod, I have $200.00 to spend. What do you suggest?"
  • "I love my ProVari! blah, blah blah..."

"I'd like to find a good glass/pyrex tank/cartridge/atomizer that holds a bit more than an iClear 16..."
  • "There is an iClear 30, but it would look kind of top heavy on a 650mAh, would that be an issue?"

It happens quick... quit smoking and start vaping, they said... You'll save money, they said... 4 mods and 5 RDA's later, on top of gallons of e-juice, I don't believe I've saved any money. Pretty sure I've spent more money.

My latest Mod and RDA order is the VapeTech Pegasus Copper Clone with a TOBH Clone RDA. Should be here soon, can't wait! The TOBH RDA looks awesome, I can't wait!
