Cool kit, GREAT PV
As said above:
1. Charge batteries
2. Install batteries (button top up)
3. Fill carto (standard carto holds ~1.2ml = ~24drops - if drip filling remove rubber tip/10 drops/wait to soak in/10 drops/wait to soak in/~4 drops till top is slushy)
4. Attach filled carto and check resistance (5 button clicks, then sets of 2 clicks till window says "Ao")
5. Set voltage (5 button clicks to "Pu" and then adjust up or +2 clicks to "Pd" and adjust down)
6. Vape away (can add a few drops to carto as it runs down)
Just looked at the starter kit and it looks like the give you 3.0ohm cartos. 3.5v is going to be way lite. I use 3.0ohm cartos all the time at 4.9v (my general rule of thumb is to start at atty/carto resistance +2 which gives about 8 watts power - nice medium/warm vape - and then adjust up/down by 0.1v to fine tune to the juice)
