Looks like it could be a sony battery! In that case you're good. But it's hard to judge by that picture.
Also sub ohm on 18350 battery (efest one) is a big no, since they're only made to handle 10 amps.
Edit:
You might want to invest into a better charger aswell, trustfire have a bad reputation of overcharging the batteries. But since you've an multimeter just check the batteries after every charge. And if it's consistent on 4.2v charge, keep on using it.
