I have a feeling my reccommendation might get a few "bashings", but have you tried mount baker Vapor? I will say, that most of their products require steeping from the get go (always steep a week before even attempting to vape it). They claim to make their e-juice fresh, and they undoubtedly have the lowest price on the market.

Just let it be known, I am a budget vapor'er. The whole drive to get off the stinkies was to save money and my health. I went from spending $34.95 for a carton every week, to $40.00 every month *for roughly 150ml). If I went with a more expensive vendor, I'm afraid I'd be back at square one.

Welcome, I have the iTaste vv 3.0 and love it... I'm not nearly as advanced as the members with Mods and such. Although I also have the MVP 2, and also love it. There's a lot of vendors to choose from as far as juice goes. And there are several good suggestions above. I'd order samples and see what you like the best. :)
Good luck!

Lots of good suggestions here. Halo definitely makes some decent budget friendly juice. I've really been digging on "G35" by the Standard. Can't seem to get enough of it. Space Jam makes some awesome flavors and I highly recommend checking out "Sour Spectrum" by Jet Fuel. Alice in Vapeland, Heatheres Heavenly... Definitely use Google or the B&M finder to see if there are any shops in your area. In my neck of the woods there are a plethora of vape stores that sell their own juice at super affordable prices.
