Hey guys.
MattOHM here. Just like to say that I'm looking forward to being a part of this community of fellow vapors and DIYers.
I have had many inquiries as to DIYing flavors and most have been answered by simply browsing this site. I have found many new recipes I'm going to try in the near future. Most of the members seem very helpful as well as knowledgeable on many levels of the creation of juice and cloning pre-existing "shop" flavors.
But with that being said, I am looking for a little help with a particular juice that I have become rather fond of.

Charlie's Chalk Dust Wonder Worm.

One of my favorite juices that I use in my Sub OHM set up. Great flavor and vapor production all around.
I'm wondering if anyone has successfully cloned this particular juice and if so, what is the info?
Recipe?
Ingredients?
Sources where the flavors and the ingredients where purchased(looking for good quality products) such as where you get your VG, PG, Flavors, etc.
Any and all suggestions or supplied information with be extremely helpful.

As well I am very excited about becoming a part of this group due to the wealth of knowledge that dwells here.
Thank you.

Hey Matt, I think it's great you want to DIY! I learned early on that if you don't do that the B&M's will do their best to make vaping as expensive as smoking, and they won't be nice about it either. They know what you paid to smoke, and they want that money too. I make 100ml of juice for about $5. It's good juice too, better than any I ever got from the stores. Just do it! Jump right in and mix your own stuff. You might mess up a batch or two, but over time you will save a boatload of money, trust me on this :)

While you may never be able to clone the juice you got elsewhere it's quite certain that given time and effort you will come up with something you like a lot. I started DIY trying to clone the Turkish blend I got from a B&M where a nasty guy sold it to me, and treated me quite badly. While I never did manage to clone that I did succeed in making a juice I love, and it's my all day every day vape almost 3 years later. I like it better than that Turkish stuff the nasty guy sold me, and I've saved a ton of money. I also don't have to put up with that nasty guy anymore :)

Thank you all for the positive input as well as welcoming me to this group.
I do hope that I will soon be able to create a good juice I can use as my everyday vape and save money in the long run. I started vaping to curb my analog smoking habits. I have been vaping on an off for a few years now, mainly sticking with the lower end unit. Not I have a mechanical mod and sub ohm tank, I'm loving vaping again. Minus the juice price, like I feel we all are.
So far, I have been completely cigarette free for the past week or so. I know that may not sound like a huge achievement, but me being a 2 pack a day smoker for 10 years now, I'm very proud of myself.
Hopefully here I will be able to find some really good recipes to try and sometime later down the road, submit my own to share with others.

Thank you Steve. Hopefully there will be many more weeks, months, and years of analog free to come.

Your very Welcome and I share in your hope for more weeks, months and years. Once you get past the first couple of weeks it gets easier. I quit a PAD habit after 35 years or so Cold Turkey. Was rough but e-Cigs got me through it and I will say it isn't easy and for me was rough as all H-E Double Toothpicks! But it is possible and it is all up to you to stay the course.

Question for you DIY'ers:
Do you use more VG than PG in your recipes? I am looking into DIY'ing and most starter kits I am considering come with equal amounts of both. If I mix 70% to 80% VG I am figuring on having a lot left over of the PG. Is this you experience in your DIY adventures? Thanks in advance!

Well for my part I use more PG than VG. There does seem to be a lot of enthusiasm for max VG juice and it seems the big hot thing for a lot of people, but then I never was one to run with the herd. I think at least part of the max VG craze is about cloud chasing. You get bigger clouds with the major VG juices, but in fact it's the PG that carries the flavor, so it's a matter of your priorities.

What I've been making for going on 3 years now is all I vape, and I use 42 ml PG, and 30 ml VG in a 100 ml batch. The rest is flavors and nic. I'm very contented with this :)

200 ml I just got done mixing:
