Your rig sounds good to me. My 1st 'real' e cig was an ego and I'm using a kanger pro tank as I type this. I'm currently sitting in my favorite coffee shop rocking a pro tank filled with HHV Powder Keg on top of my Vamo. I think the ego is the best '1st' e cig there is to the point where I've bought several of them for friends to get them into vaping.

Hi and welcome!

You have a nice starting rig, although I always recommend new vapers get as many different types of juice delivery systems as they can fit into their budget: clearos, cartos, top coil, bottom coil - you need to experiment to find what works for you. For every member who tells you XXX is the perfect vape, there will be another who says it's cr@p.

Lots of juice samples are a good idea too. When you stop smoking your senses of taste and smell are going to go through changes as they heal and what's yummy one day might not be the next.

That's pretty much what I would buy if I was just starting, knowing what I know now, with the exception of making that eGo a Twist. And I guess buying two of them. And another Protank. Can't vape one flavor all day, that's crazy.

Also a backup charger isn't a bad idea. A passthrough battery is really handy. You'll need a case to hold your delicate Protank. Maybe some cheap carts or a simple dripping atty for flavors you like but don't want a lot of, or for just tasting. Drip tips for those carts. Car adapter. Wall adapter. Backup battery for the backup battery. Some extra heads for the tanks, and of course all the various types of juice you need to try to find the formula and flavors you love.....look, it's cheaper than lung cancer, no matter what ;)

Back when I started vaping we had those e-hookah/e-cigarette pens that were like cheap knock off blu's. I think it took me a good 4 months to get to where your setup is right now (at least with a kanger t2) ): As you progress though, you'll find things that you prefer: like top coiled vs bottom coiled and you'll continue to get a better vaping experience. Good riddance to those analogs!
