New to vapping! HELP!

So I just bought the Kangertech topbox nano & have no idea how to use this or what my settings should be. I got this in hopes to quit smoking! I don't understand anything about the watts or the temperature settings! Does it matter which I use & what's the difference?? Any tips?

As far as your settings, that will depend upon how many ohms your coil is.

"Don't feel too bad, you are not the first to be fooled into purchasing advanced vape gear (labeled "starter kit") and skip the fun of finding what works best for you. Suggest you begin at the start of vaping and learn from the bottom up. By the way, yes, this is a starter kit for advanced, well grounded experienced vapers--a detail, perhaps, purposely left out of the sales pitch. Companies like this hurt vaping.
Anyhow all is not lost. The mod, once you get your firmware sorted, should easily power a simple non sub-ohm tank such as:
The Tron-S, with the CLR coils,the EHpro Kayfun Lite V2, Kayfun V5, and the Subtank Mini with the RBA
