New member, Questions about set up of snow wolf UX

Hi,
I am having issues with my mod. I have been vaping for 9 years. Most of those were with a RDA. I had no issues with it until recently. Also, I was never knowledgeable with Ohms or watts and did not think I needed to be. I changed coils, I cleaned them. I never messed with or changed the watts or Ohms because it vaped fine. This last time I changed coils I started experiencing (whether it be hot juice or a tiny micro piece of cotton hitting the back of my throat with my pull, and immediately causing me to cough and gag uncontrollably lasting for up to 30 minutes. I would change coils and cotton and it would be fine until it happened again. I have a difficult time understanding this part of vaping. What I am supposed to vape at? What coils am I supposed to use?
Currently I have a Snow Wolf UX. I'm using an RdA. I have a pack of different coils with different numbers. Can someone help me figure out how to set this up correctly?

Welcome to ECF, HizRed1. Congrats on 9 years, I'll have 7 in 2 days. I'm not familiar with that mod and I have no idea what size (in oHms..) coils you have. I strongly recommend though that you learn some about ohms and watts and batteries and how the 'e' in 'e-cig' works in general. Here's a link to Mooch's youtube channel. Wow. Vaping for nine years and never bothered to learn any more about it than that. Honestly, it sounds like you're underpowering your coils, causing them to sputter at some point. Bump the wattage up a little at a time till it stops doing that.

I think qhen the op say rda means atomizer witu drop in coils cause i have seen vape stores call those rdas and never knew why....
Some pictures of the vape device ans coils u use would be helpfull....

What I am supposed to vape at?

I vape at the lowest watt setting that will produces the best taste and at the same time, will result in the desired amount to vaper I expect to see.

What coils am I supposed to use?

I make the coils of 4 to 5 wraps of my favorite material and gage.
