Greetings all! I'm partly posting this to introduce myself, being new, and partly to satisfy my 5 posts to the New Member Forum. I just started vaping 8 days ago, after 25 years of smoking. I have now gone 6-1/2 days without an analog. I have started off with an ego-C, with attys and tanks. Even though I went with the 1000 mAh batt, and type-B attys and tanks, I'm already looking at taking the next step. I have been lurking these forums for over 10 days now, and have spent over 25 hours reading this vast treasure trove of exceptionally good information - posted by some amazingly helpful and intelligent people. Thanks to these forums, I feel confident enough that I'm going to upgrade to a VV Volt with a ViVi Nova 2.5 tank kit (from http://www.vaporbeast.com/default.asp), and I will also be rebuilding my atty heads with Nichrome 80 wire and cotton wicks. I'm really looking forward to getting started with something a lot more DIY and enjoyable than my current PV. I'd love a Provari, or a genuine LavaTube, but I'm working on a tight budget. And my ego-C should make an excellent backup, or stealth mode PV. The helpful posts that I have read here are too numerous to count, and the number of members posting that advice is also beyond my reckoning - but a big THANK YOU to all who post here, either asking for advice, or dispensing it. The vaping world is much larger than I originally anticipated, and you guys have given me the knowledge needed to feel at ease as I take my first steps into a healthier and happier world. :)

Welcome 3MG !
I love my Ego-C, and even though I just ordered an eVic, I know that I will be using my Ego for a long, long time to come.
The carts are so easy to fill and go, the whole thing just slips into a pocket- I take two ego-c's with me each day, and i'm good.
I know that I won't be able to lug my eVic around like these- so these are my 'everyday vape'

Good luck to you- and happy your'e vapping and not just lurking.

Welcome fellow buckeye!! what part of ohio are you in? If you are nearby to Columbus, i will recommend a great B&M store called Buckeye Vapors. They are very helpful, have a free tasting bar with all 100 of their juice flavors (all made in-house) Good selection of hardware, and are reasonably priced. It can make picking out stuff much easier when you can actually mess with it and they do let you. Their info follows. I am NOT affiliated or work for them in any way, i am just a VERY satisfied customer and like to spread the word.

@DJ - I love the ego-C too, and I'm sure it is going to get a lot of use, even after I get my VV Volt

@klynn - I have heard nothing but good things about Vaporbeast. I prefer to give my business and $$ to people who have good customer service skills. :)

@hotrod - I'm a bit far from Columbus. I'm about 20 minutes SW of Cleveland. What does B&M stand for? If I am ever down there, I'll be sure to check them out - I like the idea of a free tasting bar! There are so many flavors out there, and it gets really expensive really fast if you want to taste a lot of different juices.

@tnt56 - thanks! :)

@silentscreams - thank you!

B&M stands for Brick and Mortar. A real life store you can walk into and shop!
