I just joined ECF today but have been lurking in the shadows for about a week now.

I bought my first e-cig about 10 days ago and thoroughly enjoy it. I bought ego/ce4 kit at a local convience store.

Today is my 7th day without smoking an analog cig. Hopefully I can keep it up and quit smoking for good.

Keep strong, I cannot stress enough how much my lungs,taste,sens of smell, and even MY smell in general has improved since I quit smoking and started vaping 6 months ago. It also opens a new world up, it can somewhat be compared to a new hobby.

The hardest thing for me with quitting is my isn't quite ready to quit. It can be pretty rough sometimes when she lights one up.

Congrats! This forum is great by the way. When I started vaping (6 months ago), I didn't even know there were forums for vaping. Shoulda guessed I suppose. I could have saved myself a lot of trial and error. Anyway here now!

Hi, Keep it up started vape'n about a year ago and after 3 months of no analogues ended up in hospital and gave in to my addiction due to the stress, bout 2 months ago picked my Ego up and got back to vape, now using Vamo and thoroughly enjoying.

Welcome, just joined today myself as well! Seven days is awesome, congrats, hardest part IMHO, I have yet to make it past 24 hours. Tomorrow is ACS's Great American Smokeout, so I'm hoping tomorrow is the day for me.
