Hello everyone here at ECF, how's it going? I'm a newly registered member, but I've been vaping for 2 years now. Over that course I've consistently turned to ECF to read the copious amounts of knowledge and advice here. I experiment/tinker with DIY juices currently and I figured it was time to interact more with the online vaping community at large. I still have much to learn, but I always hope to gain new knowledge from the vaping community. Thank you ECF and everyone here for the great work y'all do, and just having everyone come together like this is awesome.

lovely_m - DIY can be cheaper in the long run, but it all depends on the user themselves; their preferences, their budgets, etc. I'm having a lot of fun DIYing juice (whether they come out failures or winners) because it kind of brings me back to childhood memories of things like Creepy Crawlers Bugmaker oven and just the thrill of seeing what can happen. Setting up is not too bad, lotta resources that can be had and found online, it's just the experimenting/trial n' error that may end up costing some more. But for me, the tinkering is something I really like to do and it gives me cool things to think about.

lovely_m: At first I was a little apprehensive to work with nicotine and started with 48mg....then went up to 60mg/nicotine. Now all I order is 100mg/nicotine.

If you read and re-read the tips here I think you'll understand it. I started with 1 flavor just to get the hang of it. Also I played with the calculator before starting DIY e-liquid. You can download it from here -

eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator

Good Luck to You.

I spent months on this site before joining. Learned alot.

I want to start doing DIY juices. My husband really wants me to try my hand at it (he does not vape or smoke) partly because of all the money I spend on juice and all of the ones that I tried, don't like and are sitting in a drawer. Starting that up is one of my next two major e cig purchases, that and my first mod. I like messing with stuff and making it my own so DIY makes sense.
