Hello everyone! I've started vaping again and because I live in Mass have been getting unflavored nicotine and mixing it with menthol flavor from Amazon, brands vary but always pg based. I've never had any issues until today when I went to refill my tank and found chunks had formed. I made another batch and within an hour it too had gone chunky. The flavor and nicotine still in their bottles are normal and the juice in my tank is normal. If I can put a pic with my post I will. Feel free to ask me any questions if you need more info!

Welcome to ECF, 127idk. I had a few comments or something until I viewed your snapshot, that's when I knew the things I was going to say would be fruitless shots in the dark. All I can come up with now is don't get any vape juices from Amazon. I, and probably at least a dozen others here, get flavors from Bull City Flavors, there's other places too. I wouldn't be surprised if 'Amazon juices' were involved in this.. Or maybe that 10ml bottle is singing a swan song..

Welcome to ecf 127. That happens to be my lucky number

Was the menthol solution lin liquid form? Sometimes they're derived from reconstituted crystals.

it is liquid but I just checked the ingredients and it does say menthol crystals. I went almost the whole bottle without this happening, does temperature affect it?

Dunno. What temp? Just keep shaking it. Still, that looks really weird. I'd hold off on that.

I wouldn't want to say temping it would make it safer.

It is the temperature. If you set it in warm water, it should liquify the crystals. I found it out years ago when mixing for my daughter (I don't do menthol). This was with a commercial juice. After that, I decided I wouldn't use menthol even if I did prefer it. Perhaps you could try some mint flavors or buy some of the cooling agent ones and try just adding a little to your juice.
