Rusty, I had smoked since I was 13 (28 years) and knew I should give up for my health. I have 7 kids altogether (long story) and my youngest is only 3. Wanted to see them grow. Saw a posting on HUKD forum for an e cig. Never heard of them before but ordered one ( £12 from dealextreme) and haven't smoked since. Today has been particularly difficult but I am still "clean" lol. Just hope this junk lasts till my 501 arrives.

I hope it lasts as well :)

I love smoking but I know that it is not what I should be doing. My wife smokes and enjoys it - she gets pregnant and then stops - I cannot do that - I am a smoker who vapes and probably will always be but if I could kick the habit I would be over the moon.

My dad died aged 54 from smoking, mum followed aged 59 from smoking. I was the next! Maybe, vaping has saved my life? Maybe my sons will thank the invention of these devices in years to come.

So close here too. My mum died at 64 heart faliure and my dad has Emphysema. Both obv through smoking. Just had this nagging voice in my head telling me to stop. I am amazed I have done so well but not as amazed as those that know me. I was the biggest pro smoker going. Loved nothing more than a ciggy. Just damage limitation buddy and we are all in the same boat at the end of the day. My wife also stopped when she was pregnant (how do they do that??) but I never thought I could. One day at a time hey:thumb:

Just curious Jefflan, did your goods ever arrive?

Don't give up on the UK suppliers though, we still have some very good ones in the UK.:)

Hi Christena,
Still waiting. It was obvious pretty quickly that something had gone wrong. Not really happy at being made to wait but TECC UK have my money so no choice. 22nd so 4 more days to wait.:(

Although i see the suppliers point of view as well but 14 days for goods, i'd rather order from china, i get their stuff in 5 days. But then again the postal service here sucks, maybe i just bad service from then in the UK as well.

Absolutely Crash,
Agree its Royal Mails fault but TECC are covered and can claim. Just my bad I suppose. Live and learn and as we discussed, all my orders will be from China from now on:)

Hi Drasim,
Yeah that was the ebuyer thread. Funny thing is that the cheapy is still working well (thank god). Am dripping with it now and much better vape. How are you getting along?

It was only £20+del wasn't it? I remember looking at it thinking, not bad but the cartridges seemed expensive - that's why I ended up doing some research. Going well with the 510 at the moment, though getting bored of the generic tobacco flavours. Just waiting until end of month to see where my budget is and if I am going to purchase some new kit.

Actualy, mine was the dx one (dealextreme) which was $19.Even cheaper but as I say, still going. Have been recommended this site, Heaven-gifts.com Ruyandirect.com Best E-smoking Shop . very good prices if you don't mind ordering from overseas.
Same as you I am bored with the tobacco flavours I have and am waiting fo a selection to arrive.

Please guys, am I being unreasonable?

You're not being unreasonable at all Jefflan, but do wait the time period as it is only a few more days.

Jason is not known for his people skills at times and I sympathize with you.

Overall Jason runs a very good company, but if you're not happy with the way you are treated simply spend your money elsewhere for your next purchase.

I've ordered from there recently....delivery was around 2 weeks....good though, more you order more discount you get. What with the currency rate recently it's very good value. If I need liquid pretty quick I order from Liberty Flights (there's a thread on them further down) ...they've just stocked up on new flavours too.

Yeah, I have just placed my second order with Liberty flights. Excellent service from them so far. More to the point, my 14 day waiting period is up tomorrow so I will be emailing TECC UK again. Lets see what kind of reply I get. Been an absolute nightmare having to wait these 2 weeks (feels like 2 years lol). Maybe the end is in sight and my 501 will actualy arrive soon:rolleyes:
