Just signed up. I've been smoking for 50 years (I smoked my first cigarette at 13), and put out my last cigarette last Friday afternoon. Have I turned into a quivering mass of raw nerves, cowering in a corner trying to pull myself together? Nope, thanks to my e-cigs. I don't miss the smoke (vapor is pretty much the same thing), I still have the comfort of holding something in my hand, and yes, I'm getting the nicotine I'm addicted to. Like so many others, I tried patches, gum, hypnotism, etc., to no avail. E-cigs have made it sooooo easy to give up tobacco. Hope to learn from others, and maybe even help someone else.
