Hi I'm a new member here. I'm a light smoker. I just received my first ecig this Christmas and yes its a Blu and I'm okay with that for now. And I went online to register for their reward points and somehow ended up on this website. So I'm just looking for information. I really don't know what vaping is, all I know is that I saw these cool electronic cigarettes and told my daughter that's what I wanted for Christmas. Smoking has been banned from our parks and I would usually go there for a smoke to relieve stress. So I had to find alternative and also I don't like smell of smoke on clothes and hair or aftertaste. Over the past 2 yrs I had bought 2 packs of cigarettes, like I said light smoker. Okay well not sure what else to say or ask but I am learning a lot reading through the threads.

Crap, I used to buy two packs in two DAYS
Without getting too clinical, vaping is merely heating a (nicotine-based) liquid into a vapor and drawing that in like you would with cigarette smoke.
However, the components of vaping liquid (e-juice) are not as fraught with toxic chemicals as burning paper and chemically-infused tobacco is. You have the ability to taste many different flavor profiles (to me, I had to smoke menthols, just to not taste "smoke")
Blus have been used by a great number of people to get/keep away from regular cigarettes. So, if it works for you, that's all that should matter
Don't be afraid to ask questions - lots of folks who will offer answers....

Normally, I would run down Blu on account of them being too expensive, not very satisfying and also being owned by a Tobacco company, which is something of a no-no for many of us vapers.
However, in your case....why not? If you exercise some restraint, it's not going to cost you much at all.
