I have been lurking for a couple of weeks before joining and cannot believe how much knowledge, support and encouragement you all display! Welcome aboard - I lurked for a few weeks before joining myself and learned a great deal. It was brilliant to find out how many had managed to make the shift from tobacco, gets hints and tips and in my case it helped greatly to choose good kit that really worked for me.
