Hi and welcome. I have never seen-- or heard of-- your X9, but I looked it up. The X9 part is the part that has the battery, and it will accommodate a lot of different tanks as it is both 510 and eGo threaded. As the tank is where the juice goes, I don't have enough information to help you. Can you read on the tank itself a make and model? Or post a pic? Maybe we can help then.

Ok, I was looking some more and I have found several kits using the XP battery that are sold with the Innokin iClear 30 tank, and it has a swivel drip tip, so I am going to guess that's what you have. Here's a photo set of an Innokin iClear X.I, which is very similar.

Remove the tank from the mod, it just unscrews, so it looks sort of like this:

Turn the tank upside-down and take the base off, like this:

The juice goes in the semi-circular holes on either side (seen right side this photo), not the round hole in the middle:

Hope that helps.

I took a picture, now lets see if I can post them. Ha ha there arent any on mine.
Ok, you're getting there. In your second photo, where you have taken the drip tip-- the swivel part-- off, that's the wrong end. Try unscrewing the knurled part on the other end from the rest of the tank.

I think that's it. The photo's not too clear, but I think I see them off to the sides left and right. If that's it, the juice should just slide down the inner glass wall into the tank. Stick an unbent paperclip end down into the holes and see if you can see the end of it through the glass.

Wow, I missed the fun. :D

It's a kind of/copy of the iClear30s (Innokin) and I can see how that could be complicated. I had a few of them, they had some good points.

I don't remember needing a fine nozzle, but they had a big old atomizer inside them.
If you like it and decide you want something similar, have a look at the latest incarnation of it... The Innokin Endura tank. Might be an improvement according to the genuine reviews on it.

Watch out for spares on that tank. In the UK the prices have gone up over the last year as stocks have run low.
