Picked up an itaste svd and a kts mod today with 1 X9 protank clone. I filled the the x9 threw it on my svd checked the ohm (2.1ohm) set my voltage to 3.8 and BLAH my most horrible taste i have ever experienced vaping. I pulled the voltage down to 3.4 blew into the x9 and did a couple dry hits and I finally got a decent vape nothing spectacular taste wise and pretty good vapor. I thru it into my KTS mechanical mod running at 3.7v and I also got a pretty good vape on it. I kept switching back and forth after a few vapes on each and now its just all over the place itll taste really burnt or itll give me a good vape on both mods, also on my svd i cant take the voltage above 3.5 when using the x9. On a 2.1ohm coil shouldnt I be able to vape up to 4.0v? Can anyone give me any advice how to fix this I read something about pulling some of the top wick but I really cant visualize how to pull the top wick out.
