It is. And looking at your info, you're just one post from the threshold.

For such a busy forum, it's a pretty elegant way to discourage the site from being overrun with adbots and isn't "too terrible" a way to have new members get a feel for the site in the New Members Forum.

This is a good forum to get started in anyway.
We are all new and getting the hang of it together. Veterans can reply and help us out, they are very supportive.

I guess what I'm saying is don't fell rushed to leave the new member area.

I must say that this is one of the most polite and supportive forums I have ever seen, on any topic.
