I've spent 400 euro on dentist in last month. No help. Can't stop
vaping.
I didn’t say dentist. This still doesn’t sound like a
vaping thing.
vaping could make it harder to heal because nicotine constricts blood vessels but that’s it.
As to the vaping problem( which I think is totally separate), yeah. Disposables are bad that way. The industry stops at 3mg which is waaay to high imho, so you’ve got to mix. Either learn to DIY (Because it can be tons cheaper) or get a pod or rebuildable and titrate your juice. You get a whatever regular and a zero a mix em. You’ll wind up buying more zeros. it’s slow. 2.5 yr is common. assuming you’re vaping standard disposables atm they’re generally 5%. The goal is 0% so you switch to something you can control the potency of (so not disposables), and reduce the potency bit by bit. with nosebleed high salt numbers (which happens) you can do thirds till 6mg/ml, (so 80, 60, 40, etc..)singles at 6 (So 5, 4, 3 .). then halves till 3 (if you want to you can do singles till 9, then 1/2s till 3mg/ml, then at 3mg/ml 1/4 Point. ( So 3, 2.75, 2.5, etc.. ) until you’re at zero. Then people usually quit spontaniously.
The industry doesn’t tell you this because they want you to keep buying, (I think that’s also the reason they stop at 3) but that’s a discomfort free way to do it. You may be able to go faster. Some can. A few might even need to go slower. The smaller the drop and the longer the period at that drop the longer it takes. It takes what it takes though. If you’re having trouble getting past, say 12 (which was one for me) try 11 instead of 9. I was at 24, now at 4.5 and descending. At some point you may need to suppliment with a non-addictive anti-anxiety. Nicotine is an anti-anxioty. It’s part of what makes it so hard to quit.
