the AD-5526, seems to have a 200 ohm lowest range with 0.1 ohm resolution.
Good enough to sort atty (2.2ohms in this pile, 2.7 ohms in this pile, 3.1 ohms in this pile, greater than 200 ohms in this circular filing cabinet :))

Good enough to sort batteries (just barely) on the 20 volt range (0.01 volt resolution).

The highest current range is 200 ma, I don't think it has a high amp range. Atty current would fry the meter if that is true.

Besides, this meter takes a 12 volt battery that is probably dead now.
Time for another meter, maybe, unless this one has sentimental value.

There are a few test equipment (used and refurbished and calibrated) that sell meters that came out of industrial and government environments for about 25 cents on the dollar.
$300 dollar meters maybe $50 to $60 dollars.

At the other end of the spectrum, and I have a few of these :) are the $2 to $3 meters at places like HaborFreight, BigLots, etc. But a $2 meter is just that.
