Unfotunately we haven't done much at all with the tekkeon mods. I've read the specs a few times and the instructions but it's not something we can produce in any quantity to it ends up being a tease to make one here and there.

The best days to order on are Wednesday or Thursday. Monday and Tuesday we are backed up from the weekend and unfortunately our processing times are getting longer for weekend orders, although we're usually caught up by Wednesday morning. We've got a Saturday shift working from 9 to 3 but they only get out about 250 orders so any leftovers from Saturday wait until Monday.
Maybe not the best place to put this but as Madvapes has grown, so has the responsibilty. We work hard to make a good product and customer service is still our highest priority. I used to love being in the mix. I miss talking to customers, chatting on the forums, packing orders and being hands on. I'm still heavily involved in new projects but I've become paperwork minion mostly
Someday, I'll find the right person to take over the paperwork so I can get back to the things that I like doing but right now it's all me..
In our current building, we're at the occupancy capacity and can't hire more peeps. Plus we're out of parking spots
So we're moving to a bigger space. Now we're at the mercy of the appraisers, banks and other paperwork minions to move forward and be able to get back to faster processing times and add more new products. The waiting game is so frustrating as the long processing times are not my style and not what Madvapes was built upon and needs to be corrected.
