New PCC Design Concept - Thoughts?

I've been thinking for a while that the PCC design could be improved. Tonight, I thought about it a bit more, and threw together a (very) rough illustration.
I'd like to hear some feedback from you guys, and especially from the V4L staff.

Not to be a downer, but since you asked - I'd look at the scale of my case battery. It'd have less power density than an XL. The XL would need to charge _it_.

Would love to see a PCC that would hold a refilled cart with the plastic cover on it so that it doesn't drip out and that the top doesn't come off when you open the PCC....

Yes! AND would charge XL's!
