I've asked similar questions in a few other places on the forum, but I figured I'd ask fellow Provari users to see what you fine folks think. I've been solely using a Reo Grand with Cisco 1.5 ohm 306's and AW 18650's for a bit over a year now, and, although I am a big fan of the throat hit, it seems like the quality of the Cisco's has degraded over time. Perhaps he is just a lot busier not, or perhaps I just got accustomed to them? No real way to know, but, regardless, I sprang for one of the blem chrome Provari's. The reduction in price made it a bit easier for me to swallow coughing up that much dough.

Anyway, I'm rambling. The Provari will be my first VV device. I'm not a fan of carrying around bottles of liquid everywhere I go, so I guess I need to retire the atomizers, at least while I'm away from home. I have used Boge LR 510's in the past on a Bartleby in the pre-Reo days, but I wasn't really a huge fan of those. I've never used a clearo or a tank, so I'm not really sure what to think of those... they look leaky to me.

Regardless, I have a bunch of coworkers who swear by CE2's. I've taken a few toots off theirs, and I like the way they perform. One guy responded on a thread I started and pointed me to CE3's. They seem to be a better idea, seeing as though they are bottom coil (seems much more logical than top coil, but perhaps that's just me). I've also seen a few reviews on the Kanger T2 rebuildables... they seem to get mostly glowing reviews. All of these different pieces of hardware confuse the heck out of me...

I'd prefer a clearomizer over a tank, if I had to choose. I might change my mind after a few days of constant refilling, but, still...

So, I guess the point of this thread is... what do you like to top your Provari with? I don't necessarily want something that replicates (or attempts to replicate) a 306... I sort of think it kills the flavor of the juice too much, and I sure hate to kill the great flavor of this high-dollar Halo juice I've been puffing on.

Thanks for reading!

I was using Vivi Novas until the past couple weeks when I got too busy/lazy to clean them all. Still swear by them, just haven't had the time to devote to getting them all back in shape. So it's been Boge SRs since then. Looking to possibly go to a couple RA tanks one of these days.

I'm not really that concerned with appearance myself, but I've seen pics of a lot of really nice looking tanks that their owners swear by.

For the money, $12-15, I think you can't go wrong with the Vivi Nova if you're looking to check out a tank that uses a wick rather than a carto.

:2c: YMMV

+1 for the Vivi Nova. The stock heads have been somewhat hit or miss for me, but when they do work, they are quite good. Plus the heads are easy to swap and clean, and if you want to tinker just a bit, super easy to rebuild (once you get it down they perform much better than the stock heads and is worth doing if you ask me).
