so I've had my provari for a little over a week and I really like it but for the last few days I'm noticing a high pitched buzz on voltage over 5.2 that cartos seem to be ohming out around 3.0 it's kind of a bummer

That's what warranties are for, speak to Dave, he will handle it one way or another !

Please let me know what they tell you...mine just started doing the same thing at higher voltages.

This is normal, and typically is only noticed when in a quiet room. The inverter when it boosts the power runs at a high frequency and this is what you are hearing."
He right it is a very quiet high pitched buzz, I'm glad there is nothing wrong with it I'd hate to part with it for repairs

I would have never noticed this since I rarely put anything above3.9v

Yeah, this is normal.. Both my ProVaris do this over 5V or so. It should be very quiet tho..
