This is my first Provari, I got the Black Satin V2 with blue LED!

I noticed that the button does not light up when I push it. On the red LED the button will light up red, unless you turn that option off. So I checked and I have turned the option off and on and it does not light up. Is this correct or is something wrong?

My local vape shop will be carrying Provari's in the store, and I convinced the wonderful shop owner to sell me one, even tho she has not put them on the shelf yet.

Just checked Lo again, tried switching it between on and off. Took batt out and tried again, and the fire button does not light up when it's on.

The light should definitely come on, and you've checked the Lo mode. Waiting to see what Ken from provape says, but I suspect you'll need to send it in for repair.

Sent from my phone; Please excuse typos / autocorrections.

I did send CS a message, and they got back to me a few minutes ago!!! Great response time! :)

They did say it should light up and to send it in. Only catch is I bought it from my local vape shop not online from ProVape, so I am checking to see if I can send direct to them or if I have to go thru the shop.

Thanks for the help!!

Hey Ken! The Vaporium will honor your standard one year warranty. I talked to Kim there and she said she would send it in for me and give me a loaner in the process. She only had one of the Black Satin, blue LED.

Cecilia replied to my CS email, and said I could send it back directly, that I did not have to go thru the store.

Either way is fine with me, I know you and the store will stand behind it. Other than the LED it is AWESOME! In fact, as I live in Tacoma, I am half tempted just to drive up Monday to return it for repair.

What's your thoughts, should I mail it to you or let the store handle it?

Thanks for the response, must say your CS is top notch!!!

Thanks :)

Jeff, if you let the other vendor send it in, you was promised a loaner. Unfortunately by sending it in directly, you will not have a loaner to use in the meantime, but we will get it back to you quickly. Either route, we will get you back up in running in no time.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Ken

Ken, I am a good loyal customer/friend and vaping family member of Kim's at The Vapirium, she will give me a loaner even if I mail it in myself. She is really great like that for many of her customers!

It will get sent off to you tomorrow either by me or her. So you will have it Friday. I appreciate your assistance, and it is all good! My ProVari vapes great so I feel no loss or inconvenience!

Side note, Kim is hosting a Vapemeet on July 14th in Tacoma, and I bet she would love it if any of you from ProVape would come down and join us! I posted a thread for it, I will get a link to it. Just a thought! Heck I would like to meet you all!

Jeff,
I will definitely pass that on to the team. As for myself being located in Ohio I wouldn't be able to make it.
