Bought my first Provari a month ago. Love it love it love it!!! Definitely will be getting another. Really liking the gold one or the new green one. All the money I spent on vamos.zmax,sid,svd,grooves, I probably could have bought 3 Provaris by now.

Got my polished a couple weeks ago and the wife said she liked it. Just got in a satin mini off the classifieds for her. She likes it but I love it! I have a white mini with blue led for her on the way from fleabay that she doesn't know about, shhhhh! When the white one gets in I'm stealin the mini!!
lol to be honest I simply didnt try the lower number before or after the error at all (It did give a couple of hits before starting to give error, also it did work at 3.0V) Yeah, you can say I was focused more on the number,But in my defense I would say, on the Vamo I started from 8W and gradually climbed over to 15W, and the high watts is what I liked for this build
Edit : Sobersnyper explained it in the other thread, At 5.5 V with a 1.3 ohm coil, the amperage required is 4.23 amps and the resulting wattage is over 23 watts. I'm not sure what you were expecting considering the Provari V2.5 has 3.5 amp limit as well as a 15 watt limit. It is giving you the E1 and E2 codes because you are exceeding these limits.
So all is fine, let me give Provari another chance,
Its probably late, but I have a kayfun Lite Plus with a 1.3 coil in there right now, and 4v its happy as a clam, I can run it up to 4.3 without any issues, at that point, the 6% nic I like almost becomes unbearable.
I'm running a Kracken at 1.3 ohms on my Mini and loving it. Actually, I usually need to keep it under 4 volts or it's a bit too hot for me.
Another poster late to the thread. I'm also running a 1.3 ohm microcoil in my KFL+. I've run a 1.1 coil on two of my three Provari's without a hitch at under 4.0 volts. The third Provari gave an E1; but it will power a 1.3 ohm coil fine.
Currently running a 1.7 ohm on my kayfun @ 3.4 volts with a cotton/silica hybrid wick and the vapor, flavor & throat hit are all good. 70/30 pg/vg 10 mg dekang.

Thanks, I tried it and yes its not having any issues till 4.0-4.5V, though I am a technical person but sometimes I switch off my brain, I simply assumed that 6V and 15W are the same which is what caused the issue. Anyways not using the Provari, its kept in its own case for the time when my other cheaper mods dies, hopefully I will have a reliable backup to fall back to.
Today was the day...my second Provari was scheduled to show up and I had an appt. with the car dealership for an oil change. No worries, plenty of time to get that done and get home before the mailman arrives...or so I thought
