New ProVari User - Help!

I just won a ProVari through a contest here on ECF. I absolutely love it. It's a satin-finish blue LED ProVari and it's an awesome piece.

Today, though, I noticed something that scares me. The thread connection cap (where the tear-shaped indents are) is slightly loose. It's not popping-off loose, but it slightly wriggles around if I screw on a carto (I can't actually move it with my bare hands). I haven't dropped it- I barely even set it down since I love it that much. I don't know if this has been happening since I've had it (for about 3-5 days now) or this is something new OR if this is supposed to happen. I doubt that it's not supposed to happen since it looks like the thread-connection cap thing is welded on or something.

I'm really freaked out and I don't know what to do. Help, please!

I've gotten the info I need to get this problem fixed. *sigh of relief* Now I'll just have to be patient while it's being fixed.

Oh man, I love Tier ( my Provari's name is Tier... it's "beast" in German ) and his VV awesomeness! I'm glad this issue is definitely fixable and under warranty. I'll be patient and vape my eGos in the meantime; I still love my eGos and since I started vaping Tier, my eGos are tasting super, which is strange

Grats on winning that contest! I'm glad to hear you are getting your problem taken care of. I've never personally had any problems with my Provari, but every problem I've seen here has been addressed quickly by the folks at Provape. They really stand behind their product!

The ProVape team really seems to be doing it right.. The ProVari is *Hugely* popular, and I (hope) they're making money hand over fist on this thing..

The part that really makes it work, is It seems like, no matter the problem, no matter the situation, the ProVape team is on top of it, fixing, replacing, whatever it takes to keep the users happy. This is the benchmark for customer service. I can only hope they're making enough off sales to be able to continue..

Yep, I've had a couple when they first came out last November; sold one, and kept one that is still working perfectly. My back up is a newer one
