OK, just so everyone's clear on this: this is a banning offence for suppliers. It's clearly stated in the rules that any claims for smoking cessation or health benefits are strictly forbidden - this will not be tolerated.

You can't prove cessation and health/medical claims with credible scientific studies. You are probably breaking the law of your country or at least leaving yourself open to legal action appropriate to your trading laws.

I don't agree........ it should stay simply for the reason of seeing how it was responded and reacted to, and that the OP has been banned.

If it helps to pull thru hits via keyword searching, then this will be a good place for those inquiring to fall upon rather than feeling the need to inquire themselves and getting slammed on.

I have to agree with you Greg, it should stay up so that people can see how vapers feel about anyone making these claims and that the forum is enforcing its rules against making smoke cessation and health claims.
