I run a similar build on my Origen V3. A little trick I use that might be useful here is to start the twist on the drill, then after a few twists, stick something like a drill bit half way down the length of the wire - make it slightly larger than (in this case) the positive post screw. The twists should hold it in place. Finish twisting, then take the drill bit out. That leaves you an eyelet that you can put the positive post screw
through, then screw down onto the positive post. On the Origen, it makes a better connection than threading through the post.. in this case it'd give you some extra height going from positive to negative.
