A local B&M has a juice that alot of my coworkers love and they are all after me to make one like it. I know it contains honeydew, melon, and pear. All three are flavors that I have never worked with. I know that you guys won't know what the B&M's tastes like, but do you have some good starting percentages for these flavors to give me a good starting point?

Why don't you mix them individually and them add them together slowly one by one to get where you want the flavor to be.
I do this with Pear...sometimes I add Peach, Nectarine or Black Cherry.

Thats my plan. However, I have never worked with these flavors at all. What percentage of each is where they really shine? I can trial and error each one, but if someone knows good starting points it will save me some time.
I dont know what brand your using, but if its TFA Honeydew is pretty strong - probably hang that one down around 3-4% so it doesnt take over the other flavors. If its not TFA then IDK.
