Problem is do you know if he vapes?

Why no, I don't know if he vapes. Thanks Hitt, now I get to worry all over again!

I really like bright leaf...I'm on the fence with prairie. Prairie seems grassy to me.
Grassy is one adjective used to describe how many Virginia pipe tobaccos taste. In that case it's a good thing.
When you say grassy in regards the Prairie..... positive or negative?

Yes I got vapemail and my tongue is thoroughly confused now!

I lined up 4 new 510 attys.
Primed all of em' with unflavored, set my iTaste VV to 8watts and proceeded to deluge me taster.

Initial seat o' me britches impressions....

Prairie - Ginger or mebbe clove as Hitt made mention of. Overall mild in flavor, sweet smell, faint TH and hella vapor.
Bright Leaf - Almost a carmel but not quite. Very little smell, faint TH, hella vapor.
Snickerdoodle - Very reminiscent of snickerdoodle cookie dough. Could almost pick out a spice like note, allspice, ginger, cinnamon or some such. Sweet smell, no TH, good vapor.

Surprise Tester....

Warm Leaf - Prairie on steroids. Ginger or Eucalyptus is what I get from it and very strong at that. Sweet smell, notable TH and good vapor.

The snickerdoodle intrigues me so that it's going into a tank tonight.
The 3 "tobacco" liquids will get more individual attention over the next few days. Hitting all of em' at once as I did isn't the way to go a sampling but I couldn't help meself (-:

Yup, Prairie smelled sweet, but did not taste sweet.

Robinowitz, I often question the validity of my taster.
That I'm getting spice from these and nothing resembling tobacco gives me pause. Did I somehow foul up may tastebuds last night?

I'm hitting the Warm Leaf just now in a freshly wicked RDA. The vape still puts me in mind of ginger or eucalyptus but it's no where near as pronounced as last night.

Anyone else get similar reactions to these?

    Somewhere between here and there
You're the only one here that has the warm leaf. Yes, that's jealousy rearing it's head.

To me the bright leaf tastes like caramel and real tobacco mixed but has a bit of a bitterness or something on the exhale. I've already said that the prairie tastes like clove or as Jerry said, " a grassy taste". The prairie is a hard one to explain for me.

Thanks OTD. I completely understand wacked out taste buds, especially when it comes to e-liquid. With food, I tend to be able to enjoy tastes ranging from subtle to very spicy. When it comes to e-liquid, it seems I need very strong or spicy to scratch "that itch." WTA has helped me immeasurably with scratching the "physical itch," but I tend to need a blast for my other (psychological?) itch. Hope this makes sense. I feel downright guilty adding menthol or spearmint flavoring to a beautiful and thoughtfully mixed WTA flavor by Aroma, but that's what it takes:ohmy: (with the exception of Black Darjim Clove WTA at .9/1. in my Reo. No additions necessary to slay the beast).

I've been revisiting the Bright Leaf the past couple of hours.

Carmel or p'raps butterscotch.... that's the ticket, butterscotch. And I like this one!!

    The crash sampling I attempted last night was certainly the wrong way to go about sampling multiple flavors (-;

Bright Leaf today is coming across as kind of mid-way between Dark Honey Tobacco and Tobacco Road in the type and intensity of sweetness in the vape.

Still get no tobacco from this but that doesn't detract from the vape at all for me.
I'm going to stay with Bright Leaf the remainder of today but just now it looks like this one will be a keeper!
