Hi all,
Well, yesterday I received my brand new all-silver Reo Mini, and true to form, I've not yet gotten the AW IMR 14500 batteries and charger that I ordered the same day from RTD Vapor. Guess it's often the case with new REO owners, to have their new REOs, and no batteries yet! I'm hoping they come today so I can try out my new REO this afternoon.

Had a chat with my partner last night, who'd decided that she'd like a REO Mini black on black, which I'll order for her birthday. So, it looks like we'll be starting a little REO family here too.

Thanks to all for your very informative posts. We've been vaping eGos here to date, and can't wait to get started with the excellent experience of bottom-feeder REO vaping!

The batteries and charger just arrived! I put one into my Mini and it fired right up. Now I have 2 others on the charger, but I have a question. I bought the Ultra WF-188, set the voltage to 3.7, and the charge rate to 300mA. As soon as I put them into the charger, the light turned green. Does this mean they're already fully charged?

I know I need to pick up a multimeter, and will have one within the next few days, but in the meantime, what's the best way to know when the batteries have a good charge, without running the risk of overcharging them?

Thanks!

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY!!!

Really great to hear that you finally got your mini and batts. It's going to be a big step up from your ego. That's what I transitioned from as well.

I found that the batteries are partially charged. Just to make sure then you can always push the tabs on the charger up. Since that's sometimes the problem. It's a good charger but, like everything else. You get what you pay for and so, you have to make sure that everything is secure. In order for the batts to charge. Isn't really a big deal for me though.

As for dry squonking, I'm sure your going to get it down in a little bit. Did you primer the atties before using them? That'll be a big help with you getting the dry hits. Also feed the atomizer a bit more whenever that happens and you'll be fine.

Thanks for all of your replies and warm welcomes! I'm getting pretty good at this REO vaping thing--last night I chain-vaped while trying to master the squonking/blind squonking techniques. I'm feeling quite comfortable with it today. Just re-filled my bottle with my favorite menthol juice, and ready to enjoy a new day. So far, it's been 8 days since my last cigarette!

Really happy to hear you are doing so well! Of course the REO's make it very easy! And 8 days, you are on your way, you can do it!
