I might be an oddball, but I'm not all too concerned about battery life, as long as the mod is running on 18650's or some other user replacable cells. I always carry at least two spares with me and don't find it a hindrance in any way. Now... the RX200S, for me at least, is a device for home only, so battery life is even less of an issue.

got mine on its way it's sent for my review channel to directly compare to the rx200. im hoping it has the Eleaf 510 which is different slightly but so far its the only one I have with joyetech guts that hasn't gotten the "atomizer short" problem. When it comes (probaby a week or so) i'll post side by side shots and the video will come after a week or 2 of use

I broke down and got the DNA version. 20% off 144.95 was just too tempting
You'll like it. Be gentle with the 510, and you'll be fine. In fact, run over to kidney punchers and get a stack of those mod savers... they're also sanity savers...

Did you need to crank the Tsunami down?

Uhhh... I'm inclined to say no, but then again, I don't know how much force one needs to apply, for it to count as cranking something down. I tightened it using two fingers and I can unscrew it using two fingers. It's actually tighter now, than in the picture, for an additional 1/4 rotation of the tank. I have both airflow holes facing the sides of the mod.

First impressions so far are pretty good! Built a simple dual coil build using Geekvape's Twisted Clapton wire. 6 wraps around a 3.5mm bit for a .3ohm build. If anything, the ramp up is much, much better than that of X Cube II, which for now was the device I was using for RDAs. :)

Has anyone else noticed their RX200s getting VERY warm during light vaping? Not the batteries, but the front near the screen, and the top. Even the base of my Nautilus tank is quite warm to the touch when I took it off the mod.

Only vaping a 1.8ohm coil at 11 watts, using Sony VTC5 batteries

Mine's getting warm too... then again, I'm using an RDA w/ .3ohm dual coils at 90W and it has been ~30C outside for the last few days, with all the afternoon/evening sun in my windows. Was sort of blaming the weather.

I just dont understand the purpose of a spring loaded 510 that you CANT sit the atty flush. the gap seriously bothers me that why I didnt get the wismec in the first place. my koopor plus has a serious spring 510 and all attys (except kanger tanks) sit perfectly fush with no "short" errors

Looks like they've taken an updated version of the Cuboid screen and fitted it into the RX, and given it a Reuli DNA paint job.

hey thanks for that. yes I noticed it in my cuboid I hate the gap I use shims with it but only use it when I have to I haave been considering the reuleaux but have not bought one because of this problem. the link helped me a lot!
it the rx200 is not as bad as the cuboid though. I may get it after all, but for atomizers my griffin 22 says its longer then the cthulhu but in comparison visually its one or more threads longer then my griffin. maybe that was a typo
@PhilBrown123 Hey man, you said that u use Shims... can you post a picture or two showing that? What did you make the shims out of? [emoji12]

Stupid question...

If I use the RX200S at only 11 watts, will I get mad good battery life, or does it not work that way?

Also, after having read disturbing things about multi-battery mods, I bought two trios of batteries and marked each set, although I only have a dual bay charger, so they don't all get charged at the same time.
I only have a 2 bay charger also. So is it a rumor that I need to charge all 3 batteries at the same time? If so who makes a nice affordable 4 bay battery charger? The 2 bay charger I have now is the LUC by Efest. It's been a really good charger and I've had it for almost 2 years and it's still kicking it! :D

I guess I could use the USB/MAC/PC to charge it up, how many days to charge it that way on dead batteries? 3 days? :)

You can charge the batteries separately in the 2-bay charger, it'll just take longer.

I was told that it has a negative impact on the batteries and the RX200.... I'm not sure why that would be though??

Charging 2 batteries, then the third would mean that the first two rested a couple hour before installation. Not too much a problem once or twice, but the difference in voltage could become accumulative over time. It's really best to charge them all at once.

For inexpensive and reliable, get the Intellicharger i4. For all in, get the Enova Gyrfalcon All-88 I just reviewed...
