Nazareth,

You are right that Heavengifts sells Ruyan cigars for $25 a piece, however we are a reseller for Ruyan America. The savings prices are the MSRP vs our prices. With the 20% off we are selling the Ruyan America Cigars for $31.99 and we are shipping from the US, we are not a Ruyan China reseller.

Best Regards,
Dan

Hello Kate,

We are still working on the website, the guarantee is in the Terms of Service page. To answer your question the Ruyan v8 is ultrasonic and there is a 1 year warranty. You also have 30 days no questions asked to return the product, for any reason. I have never had to replace my atomizer, it is a rock solid device. The cartridge tip is also shapped a bit differently.

One major difference is that when you inhale the vapor, there is no exhale so you can be a bit more discret if you like. Appreciate the questions. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Best Regards,
Dan

Hi Dan, thanks for your reply, I do have some more questions, I'm interested in Ruyan products.

Are there conditions with the warranty regarding what eliquid can be used? It significantly adds to the running costs and reduces choice of flavours if only Ruyan juice can be used. Also, the lack of vapour on exhale doesn't suit everyone, some like it but I don't, I'd need to use different juice.

Just looking at your price for the V8 here - Smokeless Wonder LLC - Authorized Distributor of Quality E-Cigar & E-Cigarette Products from Ruyan America! $149 (or £87 in real money ;)) That's comparable with a Sedansa Diva or Janty Kissbox as far as price goes when the guarantee period is taken into account (I don't know how much Njoys cost but it's probably in that range too). They all use similar technology, none of them use anything ultrasonic as far as I know. If you really do have different technology I'll be very interested to find out how it compares. It's going to be a matter of time before Ruyan users start writing reviews on this site so I'll be watching out for them. New and different technology is badly needed so I hope Ruyan have developed something good.

I don't know that it's going to be easy for you here at first because not one person has reviewed a Ruyan V8 yet. They've always been out of most peoples price range. Your prices aren't too shocking though so I expect it will catch on at some point - if there are no warranty conditions on eliquid. If there are then that bumps the cost of running one up significantly and potentially reduces enjoyment.

Oops, I'm rambling, sorry. I would just like to see good, reliable, affordable devices from Ruyan. The company has invested in trials and tests and don't seem to make false marketing claims so I hope it pays off without consumers having to be overcharged.

So good luck with it. :thumb:
