So I'm waiting on an order from fast tech for a 4nine and a magma rda. I use only bottom fed devices currently, but I want something a little more readily recognizable as an "e-cig" for certain occasions. ( mainly when I'm sick of answering stupid effin questions lol)

Does anyone have any experience with this particular setup? It seemed like the smallest tube mech device I could find that would still allow me to use 18xx batteries. I've also heard that the wells can hold close to 1 ml of juice? Just looking for some feedback mainly. Thanks all!

Bad I don't know if your being purposely obtuse... Lol :D

People see a tube in your hand and think "oh, fancy e cigarette"

They see a fancy wooden box going to your face ( all I have now- Woodvils and OliveRs) and they think your either calling in an air strike or doing something naughty haha.

My question wasn't about the looks anyway. My question was about the performance, ease of build, leakiness etc of the combination of the magma rda and 4nine mechanical mod together.

Thanks for attempting to give your perspective on what an ecig should look like. Personally, I make no such distinction between the appearance of either a box or tube mod. What matters to me is the comfort between holding the two types. (I prefer tube mods myself.)

Performance between a box mod and a tube mod shouldn't matter. They both are literally just battery holders supplying power to the atomizer.

Ease of build can vary between RDA's. The wire posts can differ in their ease of connection of the wire. A deeper deck will allow more cotton or other wicking material to allow longer times between having to drip juice. The number of wire posts can also either simplify or complicate your build - if you are only going to be making a single or dual coil build, having five posts on the deck is redundant and the un-needed posts get in your way.

The Magma has a deep drip well deck with three posts (for either single or dual coils) and adjustable air flow, so it should be ideal for you. Excellent choice.

Hope that helped some. :)

I have the exact same items coming from FT someday. Just be careful setting it up, use a button top battery and make sure the contact pin on the magma extends out enough to avoid a short. Sorry, that's all I got for now.
