Hi all. I have come back to vaping after a year of smoking again but this time it seems to be going better. I am enjoying it and in all honesty don't actually want a cigarette anymore. All great stuff except I have an e-roll which just isn't cutting it now. I have decided to go for a new setup but after reading lots and lots I think I have managed to now be more confused than when I started. So what do I buy? I like the look of ego twist type models but I am not sure if they are tough enough for my lifestyle. My job keeps me active all day and on the go so whatever I buy needs to be able to take being in and out of pockets and cars without breaking. I also quite like the idea of rebuild able atomisers simply because it seems cheaper meaning more cash for liquid. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

I haven't brought a new tank yet, I was thinking it would be best to buy a combo that work well together. Besides the constantly going flat the little e-roll has been powerful enough most of the time so I am guessing I won't be needing lots of power but the attraction of variable power seems to make sense to me so that I can change it throughout the day.

Kangar now makes a complete set with a 50 watt battery (rechargeable or change out the battery) and an updated Subtank Mini. The thing is built like a tank, and it's small enough to take anywhere. The tank comes with two coils (very easy to get more) and a rebuildable deck. You might take a look ... Best of luck to you!

Kanger Subox Mini Kit 50W Is this the one you mean? It does look pretty robust are there specific batteries people would really recommend. I don't want to buy a knock off that lasts 5 seconds lol. Thanks for the help already all of you I really appreciate it.

The 50 watt subox mini kit is pretty robust. For batteries, Samsung 25Rs. Don't buy them from eBay, good batteries are often counterfeited. Orbtronic, RTDVapor and Illumn are good suppliers who will sell you what you paid for. You will also need a charger for it... well, maybe not need, but it will treat your batteries better than the on-board charger will. I recommend the Efest LUC, or the Nitecore or Xtar chargers. I use an Xtar VC4 and love it. It has a little brother, the VC2, that only has two charging bays if you think 4 is overkill. Safe storage of the batteries is also recommended. I'm not sure about Orb, but Illumn and RTD send a two-battery storage case for free when certain batteries are bought in pairs. For pocket, glove box or gear bag carry of one battery, I recommend a silicone battery sock. At 99 cents, they're cheap insurance...

Well, nothing is unbreakable, especially glass tanks. The tank on the full sized Nautilus can be replaced with a metal "cage" that will protect the glass.

This shows the size of the iStick 30w.

I just bought an iStick 50w that is working pretty great for me, its amazing how the flavor comes alive at the higher wattages. This is with a Herakles sub ohm tank. But I do wish I would've seen the kanger kit with the sub tank mini, because I am now going to end up buying a STM anyway. I like mouth to lung hits instead of direct lung, and the airflow on the herakles is too wide open for good MTL hits IMO.

I use this setup when I'm running around. It is robust, and the tank has a metal casing that helps to protect the Pyrex. I use Sony VTC4s and 5s, as well as The Samsung already mentioned. Really, get your batteries from a good vape store or from one of the online stores above. And get at least two.

Thanks for the help so far. I have looked at MySpace but they are out of stock. Is there anywhere else? Also on a side note I have been vaping 16mg tobacco e liquid from joy tech so far. It has far far more of a throat hit than I want. In all honesty the less the better for me, never really had it with a cigarette and it makes vaping in the morning irritating. What e-liquid would people recommend? Am I right in thinking less nicotine and less pg will give less throat hit? Seeing as the subox is so much more powerful than my current eroll I figure I can drop quite a lot of nicotine out. Thank again. James
