I thought 10 was only for orders over 100

I know there was talking about steve giving us the option for faster shipping times and he asked who was interested

Not really, ordering less means ordering more often, then paying even more in shipping.
The way I look at it, they always have at least a 10% discount, which usually always covers the shipping cost.
