Bought a new black shorty with my most recent order. What is the cutofgf on these things? After 5 seconds, the battery cuts out and the led starts blinking. Is that normal?

The cutoff should be 10 - 13 seconds. If the LED is blinking, it probably needs to be charged.
I've let the batt charge overnight. When I take a pull off of it, it shuts off after 5 seconds and the led flashes. Other than that, it seems to work fine.

i was am having a similiar problem with mine. its not the 20 blinks like it says in the book, its only like 4 (at least that is how mine is acting) and yes a 5 second cut off. but I am able to use mine at least. I emailed customer service and they answered right away
