Question for you all - are the new GGs in Nickle plate (I have a 2011 Slim and GGTS #1361) brass underneath? I'm already seeing some wear and I don't care about that, I just wanna know what color it's going to turn when the nickle wears off :)

I love your products, Imeo - my Slim for my shirt pocket at work, and my GGTS for when I'm out and about. Thank you for your amazing design work!

Oh ok - I'd say by feel with no comparison that it's aluminium but we'll see in time. It's a good thing I like surprises! =;-)

Terry - vaping FSUSA Applewood in my GGTS and FSUSA RY4 in my Slim - both with 2x flavoring. Yum!

Nice choice, Applewood in the GGTS, what else could ya ask for? Lol.....

Hope your enjoying your GGTS and Slim..... both are great devices.....

The new nickel Slim is a great PV, I just got mine recently and I love it.

Question though.. is the atty supposed to be able to move around? The center part it screws into is kinda loose and makes the atty look crooked if it's not set just right. Just wondering if there's a way to adjust that so that's tight and doesn't wiggle around as much.

I was also surprised to see the button was actually hexagonal! I thought it was round.. couldn't really tell from the pics.

I found them at COV, in this section, 27 in stock- The GG - Slim - USA Only
Replacement cones as well. I love the hexagonal button and center pin, it made it quite easy to get the magnet upgrade in place!

The slim can use the magnets as well? Are they the same size as the ones used in the GGTS? I'll have to order some... ;)

I'm confused with the products listed in that link... I already have a 510 connector, but it's integrated with the 'cone'. It doesn't look or function like the one in that pic posted... or am I missing something? :)

EDIT: I feel a little dumb... I didn't realize the cone could be removed. Ok, that's the one I have.

Hi Natureboy, welcome back:)

What do you mean when you say atty is loosy?

Hehe, thanks Imeo :)

I mean, once the atty is screwed into the slim, it can move from side to side.. I have to sorta look straight down and adjust the atty to line it up so it looks center with the slim.

EDIT: I took the cone off and saw that the wiggling was with the atty and connector, so I screwed it on as tight as it would go and there is very, very little movement now. But I'm worried if I screw it on this tight that it might cause a short... don't you say only tighten a little bit but not all the way?

That's why I'm wondering if there is any kind of adjustment that can be made with the connector, maybe by lowering the center pin a bit so that I can screw the atty in tighter?

I see what you mean nature, ok. Of course there is a way to stop this by adjusting the center pin. Unscrew the center pin a little, screw the atomizer and screw the pin again, thats it.

All GG center pins are adjustable to fit any atomizer in the market.

If by unscrewing it, that moves the center pin upward, it would make it looser because as it is right now the atty needs to be screwed on tightly to close the gap between the connector's threads and the attys.

I tried to turn the center pin clockwise (and counter-clockwise actually too), but it wouldn't budge. I'm afraid I'll break something so I don't want to try again until you clarify if there's something else I need to do to adjust it.

Right now, if I screw the atty on tightly, it doesn't seem to move.. I looked at the atty's center pin and it hasn't been pushed in, so I think it's probably ok the way it is.

unscrew the center pin, screw atty, screw center pin again. Dont worry, you cant brake anything there:)

ps.... screwing again the pin means that you screw it until it stops, dont forse it more becasuse you will damage the atty

Sorry, I'm a bit daft with this... where do I unscrew the center pin? There's a spring on the bottom end, and the top end is recessed and has a slot in it. The top side with the slotted center pin is what I tried to turn. Do I unscrew it from the bottom? If so, I can't seem to figure out where to do it from....
