That can also occur if he's updating inventory status to show things coming in. Depending on what he's using for a front end he may have taken the site off the Internet at large to verify updates before letting the world access them.
(I'm hoping to order again, waiting to see what happens.)

I really hope your right. i would be really bummed out if he just disappeared. it would be different if he was staying in contact via email.

Well, I contacted the Supplier Issues admin, Misty, and have started the process of filing a complaint against the company. The lack of communication is really starting to frustrate me, and the fact that they got my money isn't too awesome either. I'll keep y'all updated. Hopefully Doug shows up with a good excuse as to his absence, and if he does I'll immediately forgive and retract. He came off as a really great guy.

Well, I am surprised that there has been zero communication since it is now 1/5 and the home page states:

"... we will not be able to ship any orders placed between 12/24 and 1/4 until 1/5/2011 while our team enjoys the holidays"

My order from 12/28 is still showing "process" - I was very pleased with my experience on my original order for the Riva kit and am most disappointed.

Lodzin - keep us posted and I'll certainly let ya'll know when/if I hear anything.

I just hope that it is all in relation to the vacation. I'll give him the credit of the doubt for a couple days, but I don't have any orders in, so it is easier for me. I'm just doing a mental evaluation since they sold out of the Rivas before I could get one.

im trying to give the benefit of the doubt too. its just hard when he said he will be responding to emails during the holidays and he's not communicating with anyone. this is the only online vendor that i have purchased from so far and its giving me a bad taste in my mouth.

I sent him a message about some issues I was having with pre-filled carts that came with my 510 starter kit I got from him during the sale last month not fitting the attys (really loose and leaks all over the place) and never heard back. Then last week the button fell out of one of the 510 batts. I sent quite a few people to his site to get their first e-cigs and I just hope they don't have issues as well. I really would hate to have to take complaints when I can't even get my own issues resolved with him =(
