Well, it's not a bad idea, as it goes.

Also we have to keep the Forum Manager busy as otherwise he just messes around with his avatar. Since he has only created two new boards today he most likely has space in his sked, let's ask him.

Cartomizer reviews would belong in the E-Cig reviews forum, since it is basically just an e-cig part, the same as an atomizer or battery. I don't believe it needs to be broken down any further than it already is.
