New threads being approved.......how long?

I posted last night, about 24 hours ago, and it's still not showing up. I just made the same post again. Are the moderators not approving the new threads on a daily basis?

New threads don't need approval.

Since you didn't specify where you were posting, I checked your account, and it looks fine.

It does appear that you posted a question (twice) in Ask the Vets. Is that the thread to which you are referring? If so, did you see the disclaimer here:

You can ask a question here and have it answered by experienced ECF members - the Vets are long-term members.
Please read the announcements within the forum.
Note that it may be two days or so before your post is answered, so this is not the place for time-critical queries.

When you post here, this is what happens:

• The post becomes non-visible except to Vets.
• It awaits answers from Vets.
• When they have answered it, the post is made visible again.
• So please don't post twice because you can't see the post - it's supposed to be like that.

Also please note:

• There could be a delay of about 2 days, so it is better not to ask questions that need a quick answer.
• Most questions can be answered in the New Members forum. Ask The Vets is useful in case you did not get your issue answered fully, or if you cannot post there as you are a Full Member (this cuts in after 70 posts).

I went to New Members forum but I don't see the 'Post New Thread' link there. That's why I went to Ask the Vets.....sorry.

After a certain amount of posts you can no longer START a topic in new members forum. ONly respond to them.

Ask your question where it applies, like APVs, eliquid, General ecig, etc. wherever it applies.

Saw the replies. Thank you everyone. Even though I have over 75 posts, I'm still a newbie .
