New Titan is working great, but I'm not getting any taste...

Hey, I received my first e-cig, a Titan, from Totally Wicked yesterday and it's been working very well so far... good battery length and vapor production. My problem, though, is that I'm just not getting any taste from it. It simply tastes like I'm inhaling air with nicotine in it.

I've burned through several of the prefilled cartridges and have since refilled them with the 24mg Marlboro liquid that I also ordered from Totally Wicked. I've tried cleaning the atomizers by blowing through them and dripping liquid on them but that doesn't work.

Should I just try another flavor or does the atomizer need more time to 'break in'?

Yes, the 24mg Marlboro liquid. I had read some good reviews of it here.

I know that I shouldn't expect it to taste like an actual cigarette, but, like I said, I'm getting lots of vapor but no flavor.

And I guess I should add that I've tried using both batteries and atomizers and my passthrough.

Give it another day or two. Most new atomizers I've had have taken about a week to really hit their stride on vapor and taste. The 510 is not a model known for taste, either. Still, you should be getting *something* from it...try blowing out the atomizer, then remove the filler from a cartridge and drip 4-5 drops directly on the atomizer. I've found this helps bring flavors out a bit more.

There's also a thread in the 510 forum about using a straw to modify the cartridge filler...you might check that out.

If you try all that and nothing works, it could just be your liquid. Try another flavor or brand.
