New to all of this. Fake company?

I ordered a product from Electronic cigarette,China Wholesale Electronic cigarettes factory. on 12/21/12. I have emailed the website, and other employees from the website, numerous times. I have not received any email responses from them since the order has been " in shipping". Well, since 12/27/12 it has said delivered. (estimated delivery time is 3 days, per the person I was emailing with as I was placing my order) I finally got a response from an employee yesterday, 12/28/12, and after I asked him my question referring to where my order is and why is says it is already delivered, he has not responded to me. I received another response from one of my previous emails today, stating it will be 25 days before my product gets here. Does anyone know anything about this company? I am very worried that this company is not real or scamming me.

I don't know anything about that company. I do know that shipping from China to the US takes more than 3 days, though. Hope it all gets sorted out for you and you didn't get scammed.

Take a look at the suppliers listed on this site and check out the reviews. If I see a company that I have never seen mentioned positively at least a few times on ECF, I don't order. There are definitely scams out there.

Looked at the site and it does mention 10-25 days shipping time under the shipping tab. I also see it mentions free shipping, which seems too good to be true to me. Did you have to pay for shipping?

I am not sure if they are scamming you but they don't seem interested in helping you. Their pricing scale seems to be more geared towards wholesale. I would get my money back and just pay a little more from either somewhere in America or somewhere like HealthCabin with a good reputation.

I've dealt with king fish before, but that was through the dhgate company. IMHO he is a pain the ..... He did send me a unit that worked. But the charger was wrong style (EU VS US) and the colour was also wrong.

Took 3 weeks for the thing to come in the mail, but it did come.

I saw where it said 10-25 too, which is why when the guy told me 3 days I kinda just went with it. I didnt have to pay for shipping, I only paid $22.50 for the whole kit. It just seems like a company would be more interested in helping me at all. It took forever for me to get someone to tell me it'll be 25 days. But, they still havent told me why the status has said delivered for the last 3 days.

I buy regular ( for my self only ) from China, I've never heard of this company, but the postage time is about what you would expect for China-USA, it's about 15 days China-Australia, here's a China site that does exist. Best electronic cigarettes_ecigarettes_eliquids_ejuices - Heaven Gifts. .

Did you really think your were going to get superb customer service at half the price w/free shipping from what everyone's else is charging from a company based out in china? And it is during the holiday season.. Few things to consider before you feel scammed.
I would be more worried after a month of nothing honestly.

I hate to sound negative and I don't intend this comment to reflect on the company, but if its free shipping from China it must be China airmail. Any other method would be too costly for them to make a profit. IMHO I wouldn't count on seeing this arrive till the last week of Jan or 1st week of Feb, maybe longer. Some of the china vendors have dropped china air mail as an option to the US, due to the long shipping delays and customs delays. HealthCabin for example is now only offering EMS or DHL shipping which is $15 to the US

Ya it does take 3 weeks or longer from China unless you pay for upgraded shipping. Been there done that.

Not trying to be offensive but it is true that you get what you pay for. I hope that you get your order, but either way consider this a learning experience. There are many good vendors out there offering good prices. It says you are in GA, maybe in the future try madvapes or myfreedomsmokes (both in NC) or vapingzone (in SC). They should be 1-2 day shipping to you. Good luck!

Yeah, I gave up on counting on it to be here. End of Jan, early Feb like you said. I wish i would have known from the beginning, i would have just spent the extra money elsewhere

This is only my opinion> Again this is only my opinion.

I'd rather pay a few dollars more to a vendor stateside that backs the crappy products from China and is there for me when I need them and offers good support after the sale. Some, but not all of my favorites:

i dont agree with the several weeks shipping comments. i ordered from health cabin china a few times and my package was here in 7 to 9 days. and geographically im about as far away from china as you can get.
most likely slow on their processing then sent regular china mail.
