Flavor is rather subjective. But, if you go to the sub-forum for Rebuildable Atomizer Systems, there are probably opinions and reviews for each. Once you get there, use the search bar in the upper right.

Well its not only in the rda but in the coils you put in and how adjustable the air flow is. I have had the dark horse rda and it does do great flavor for a hotter vape(usually a lower ohm coil build). So the best way to know is experiment with both they are relatively inexpensive RDAs and hey you may like them both. If you want my opinion on a good rda get the kennedy 24 (clone or authentic) the flavor is amazing with just about any build.
DH is easier to build on as it has quad post deck, but I wouldn't say it has better flavor than a TOBH. Airflow on a DH is yuggggeeeee. You're really going to have to dial up the wattage on it if you want flavor IMO. I think it's more of a clouds atty.
Personally I like DH as it has bigger holes to fit bigger builds for subohming and claptoning.
