I just got my VaporKing from V4L today, and find that that has been a good product and easy to use for a beginner, like myself. Just two pieces for it, and I figure I'll order some liquid for it soon, as I see that the cartomizers can be refilled for a couple of more uses.

Definitely recommend the KR808D-1 from vapor4life and others or the 510. Other models simply have less users overall and get less support, and I believe that is the case for good reason.

You got ripped off on your first e-cig like most everyone else. Most of us learn about it through advertising, get ripped off, and then find this forum and begin to discover that vaping really works.

Get by on what you have and spend the time to research this forum before making your next purchase. There are countless threads with people requesting model recommendations, and countless answers. Check the "wonderful world of vaping" thread as a good place to start.

Ok so I have cleaned both atomizers and trying things differently before I throw in the towel on this one.

Can I swap out to a different atomizer? or do I have to stick with the No 7 atomizer?

Also can I used another brand of cartridge?

Any suggestions on the above questions would be more than welcome.

I just looked on the ss No 7 website and they have no email contact so I will be giving them a call today. :nah:

UGH, we started on the No 7 as well. DO NOT recommend for first time vapors. We almost threw the towel in too. We since have switched to manual 510s and are loving vaping. I spent god knows how much money on those No 7s to no avail. I highly recommend the 510s for beginners, the switch is great too. No more juice in our mouths.

I had the same problem with the NJOY NPRO . Switched to the DSE 901 much much better and was much much cheaper.

I didn’t like the Njoy Super White at first: Just couldn’t get a constant hit off of it and the batteries were the pits. Actually, I sold it to a friend who didn’t like it either so I bought it back. Then I sacrificed three working batteries and for NicoSticks. The RN4081 atty now puts out awesome vapor.
My other model, which did a great job, is now my secondary.

I personally recommend either the 510 manual, or the ego! Look around on the forum, there are a lot of reviews on different models of e-cigs. Reading what others found good and bad about them should help you make a decision for your next model. I would also suggest looking at the e-liquid reviews, you'll want to purchase some liquid and empty carts too. Good luck and Happy Vaping!

I always worried that my tombstone would read "we tried to warn her"
 YUP Thats me as well... Vapernaper: I vote for this 510 Mega Kit with no Box It was my first REAL e Cig kit after the "Smoking Everywhere" disaster. I love it! Actually, I got mine from TW but this is the same and less expensive. They also have "disposable" 510 manual kits for around $10 so you could try, (for a while anyways) a 510 without a big outlay of cash.

I also have the No.7 sitting in my collection, in fact I have 2.
But I do not consider them a total waste, with them I was able to see that the e-cig could help me quit my 31 year love/hate affair with Regular cigs.
I was able to afford to try other options...
The thing that upsets me the most is that there are some people who buy these overpriced kits and can not then afford to get a good kit that really works.

And thanks to everyone that has replied so far. I have some reading to do about the recommended units to purchase. I also would not mind a box type unit
that I have seen on this site. Are these just strictly custom units?

I have a box type model called a JoyeStick V3. There is a JantyStick V3 which is pretty much the same thing. Janty designed it and Joye Manufacturing produces them Joye mass produces the Joye 510 products, so they are not custom made... . You can get the JoyeStick V3 kit with a 510 adaptor and order some 510 cartomizers and you will have the ability to checkout the 801, 510 atomizer along with a cartomizer type setup up.
As someone has already suggested to you, read "Teh Wonderfull World of Vaping in the ECF Library. It is in 6 parts , and classified as a 5 star read(i think they ran out of stars = 10 star read). Good luck in your research, I am sure you will come out ahead .
