I purchased my first e-cig (DSE801) kit from Eastmall recently, and I have nothing but love and praise for the company, products, prices, and above all, unbeatable customer service, period.

Never have I felt like a company actually is concerned with my problems, and actually takes the necessary steps to resolve it. I received a phone call from Ed today concerning my battery/charger problems (got it working again!) and he assured me that everything will be taken care of once stock is available.

This came as a great weight lifted off my shoulders, as I have dealt with scamming companies such as Smoking Everywhere in the past, as was afraid I would receive the same treatment. I couldn't be farther from the truth.

So this is to all who are interested in electronic cigarettes:

shop AROUND, compare prices and products to your hearts desire, but I can guarantee you won't find better prices or customer service, ANYWHERE.

I went with Eastmall for my first purchase, and even though I have had my problems (happens with ALL models, no matter the reseller) everything was taken care of prompty and professionally.

I really hope these guys stick around, as they save us from the severely overpriced rivals out there, that are more concerned with your money than your satisfaction.

Thank you David, and thank you Ed, you guys are great! Keep up the fantastic work! :thumb:

Hi ellanceo,
Hv ordered exactly the same set from eastmall with the USB passthrough & manual switch :)
Upto now, my experience has been gr8 with EM - had quite a few mail exchanges & they were really prompt.
Am waiting for it to arrive & give it a try.
If u dont mind my asking, what problems did you hv? As i am new to ecigs i just want to do things first time right.
Regarding prices, the only item where i dont see the best price is the ejuice! Wonder why! But free shipping is an added benefit - ordering $200+ is not such a big deal if one wants to stock up a bit i guess.

Sorry it took so long to reply, I wasn't checking up on this thread.

The problems I had aren't applicable to yours I am sure if you got a USB manual passthrough.

I ordered white batteries, but unfortunately it cuts off after half a second, so I have to prime puff to keep it going.

My charger went out, but I managed to take it apart and get it working again. One of my batteries went out, but I don't know exactly how that happened.

You could experience the same things as me, it is common from any supplier for batteries/atomizers to go out suddenly, it just happens. I would suggest to stock up on extra batteries and atomizers just to be safe when they break down.

The liquid seemed like a great deal to me! I did however participate in the sale last month, so I got 7 bottles instead of 5.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions, and realize that there is a huge resource available right here. And don't be shy to talk to Ed or David about any problems you have. They are VERY helpful and willing to make sure you are satisfied. :)

I haven't found a better price on juice but then again I haven't ventured far. The only other place I found was 30ml for $20 usd. So you buy 3 bottles = 90ml for $60 plus s/h, but I can order 100ml for $50 @ EM. Unless my math sucks seems to me EM is the better value.

BTW... I ordered that 30ml from the other site and it was... well let's just say I'm returning it for a full refund!
